- Daily tracking : Tracking types in ProCoach allows your coach to capture more objective data so that they can gather, analyse and provide recommendations for improvement
- How did it go today? : Daily consistency tracking
- Digital Workout program : Every workout track is a periodised program designed by world-class exercise physiologists and strength coaches
One workout track can be used to deliver 12 months of progressive exercise, or you can change it up as needed to accommodate injuries or goal changes. You will have a proven plan you can access anywhere anytime, complete with movement descriptions, pictures and video demonstrations to help guide you through to a stronger body - Detailed Workout Program Overview : A detailed look ahead and see what is planned for your whole program

- Monthly Coaching Workshop : To discuss accountability, track progress, answer your questions and plan ahead for success

- Practice: guidance/instructions on how to “practice”
- Lesson: a blog-style article that explains a topic or concept
- Foods: reference article with suggested foods for you to try
- Visual: an infographic or visual representation of information
- Recipe: a recipe suggestion
