LVX Health delivers it's personally tailored training programmes via the ProCoach mobile app, meaning that your programme is always accessible wherever you are; at home, or on the gym floor.

Together, LVX Health and the ProCoach app will help you upgrade your mental software, taking your nutrition, training and healthy lifestyle to a whole new level. Like learning any new software, the ProCoach app will take a little getting used to. However, like learning anything new in life (which is what we are all about at LVX Health), with a little practice, it’ll quickly become second nature and you will wonder how you ever lived without it.

What does ProCoach do for you?

ProCoach allows you to connect with your expert coach who will help you build the precise skills you need to upgrade your nutrition, strength and lifestyle and guide you towards a stronger, healthier and happier life.

That's the power of ProCoach and personalised 1:1 behaviour change coaching with LVX Health.

  1. Our coaching process at LVX Health is client centred and built around Check-ins
  2. Check-ins are real-time, synchronous meetings between you and your coach. These can be in-person or virtual (over the internet using webcams)
  3. Check-ins are regularly scheduled throughout your program and are where you and your coach will learn and grow together and decide the exact next steps forward, moving you closer to your stronger life

Everyday you will focus on a specific practice and during Check-ins, you and your coach will establish which practice(s) to focus on.
LVX Health will focus your mind on one practice at a time. With that approach, it is much easier for you to stay focused and to be successful.

Every day, open the ProCoach app and choose the workout or habit you want to practice.
After you complete the task each day, you will be asked to track how your are doing with your specific practice. Simply answer the question in the app: “How did it go for you today?”

Check-ins

Your response to this question will be in the form of a 5-point rating: from 1 (terrible) to 5 (amazing!).
If you love details, you can also add an optional note to any day's activity as extra feedback for your coach to read.
Daily tracking makes it quick and easy for you to send key information to your coach about your activity and experiences each day.

You will continue to work on the selected practices until your next check-in.
Every practice is small enough to take only 5-10 minutes a day (or maybe less) and will come with digital resources to help you learn faster.
Small is powerful. Over time, these small practices accumulate to become transformational, automatic habits.

So,
How long does a practice last?
Not even the best Jedi coach knows that!
Although, we do have some guidelines: 

Two weeks is often enough to get traction, but not so long that you get “bored” or feel like your floundering.
That said, at your check-in you and your coach will decide if you want to stick or twist.
  Feeling good about a practice and have it nailed? All good, let’s twist and move on quickly.
Found a practice that’s a little more tricky? No problem, let’s stick and give it a couple more weeks

  • Come to regularly scheduled Check-ins with your coach
  • Practice your workout and what's on the 'Today' screen in the ProCoach app every day
  • Track how it’s going in the app

Sustainable lifestyle transformation

LVX Health and ProCoach don't offer the false promise of overnight results, as many other fitness training programmes might. There are no such thing as 'instant results' when it comes to lifestyle transformation. Instead, we deliver a sustainable and flexible approach to helping you change your nutritional and fitness habits, so that over time, you will achieve and maintain your wellbeing goals.

What’s next?

  • Enrol on one of our programmes today and your coach will send you a personal invitation 
  • Accept the invitation and set up your account 
  • Fill in the intake questionnaire (be honest, so we can establish an appropriate programme that works for you
  • Once your coach has reviewed your intake questionnaire, they will construct and personalise your programme based on your responses 
  • You will then be invited to your first and most important check-in

The "Kick Off Meeting"

In your Kick off meeting, together with your coach, you’ll go through how the app works, how to access your workouts and resources and decide on exactly what practice you will focus on first.
